We are thrilled to share that our Tyndrum cafe has once again been shortlisted for the Great Outdoors Magazine Awards 2024 in the Walkers' Cafe or Restaurant of the Year category. 

The Great Outdoors Reader Awards stand as the UK’s foremost celebration of outdoor culture, where enthusiasts champion the best of people, places, and businesses that enhance our outdoor experiences. Having been shortlisted in the same category in 2018 and winning the Walkers' Cafe of the Year title in 2022, we are immensely proud to be recognised once again.

This nomination reaffirms our commitment to serving everyone who relishes spending time in the Great Scottish Outdoors, particularly the breathtaking North West Highlands in relation to our Cafe. It's a testament to our dedication and the support of our community. 

The Reader Awards are open across 15 categories which include some other fabulous businesses and personalities from across the region. 

For example, Clachaig Inn, Glencoe is nominated in the Walkers' Pub of the Year category, Red Squirrel Campsite is nominated in the Campsite of the Year category and Girls on Hills.

Voting will close on Monday 29th January. 

In a slight change from previous years, the nominee with the most votes in each category will receive a Winner award, while the nominees with the second and third most votes will both receive a Commended accolade.
