We offer excellent remuneration above National Living Wage
£12.80/h for Team Members + £1,000 end-of-season bonus
£32k per year plus bonus up to £2.5k for Shift Leadres

About the Roles
The roles available are varied, offering opportunities to specialise in different areas, depending on your interests and skills.
Whether you’re passionate about customer service, cooking, baking or behind-the-scenes operations, there’s a role for you!
However, we expect all our team members to get involved in a bit of everything. Whether you choose to focus on front of house, kitchen, or back of house, you'll have the chance to gain experience in multiple aspects of the café’s daily operations. This flexibility ensures you’re constantly learning, keeping your role exciting and varied.
We’re Looking For People Who:
- Have supervisory or leadership experience
- Are interested in leading shifts and assisting in café management
- Have knowledge or want to develop an understanding of health & safety, food safety, and COSHH
- Are keen on training and development, both for themselves and others
- Have customer-facing qualities and a passion for delivering great service
- Want to learn or develop skills in cooking, baking, and food preparation
- Are happy to assist with back of house operations, such as washing up, accepting deliveries, and maintaining tidy storage
Remuneration & Benefits
We were one of the first Living Wage employers in Stirlingshire and offer:
- Minimum starting pay from £12.80 for the 2025 season for Team members
- £32k per year plus bonus up to £2.5k for Shift Leaders
- End of season bonus - guaranteed £1,000
