What Roles Are Available?
We're always on a look out for new team members to join our operations team.
Daily tasks at the Cafe are varied, offering opportunities to specialise in different areas, depending on your interests and skills.
Whether you’re passionate about customer service, cooking, baking or behind-the-scenes operations, there’s a role for you!
However, we expect all our team members to get involved in a bit of everything. Whether you choose to focus on front of house, kitchen, or back of house, you'll have the chance to gain experience in multiple aspects of the café’s daily operations. This flexibility ensures you’re constantly learning, keeping your role exciting and varied.
