Imogen is one of the Top 10 Young Fish Friers in the UK, whoop whoop!

We're a seasoned contestant in the industry awards, The National Fish & Chip Awards by the National Federation of Fish Friers - NFFFand just like in the years before, this year we also entered several categories, one of which is the  Young Fish Frier of the Year Competition.

Today, we are proud & delighted to announce that one of our team members, Imogen Atkinson, has achieved a top 10 place in the prestigious category sponsored by Drywite Ltd!

This is a major achievement for Imogen who has worked very hard to learn every detail of preparing the highest quality Fish & Chips since joining us not too long ago, under the stewardship of Colin McGeogh, one of our managers and himself a former finalist.

Imogen has been encouraged and supported at every step of her journey by our entire team, who are all behind her. But Imogen's success is not hers alone. Our entire team has rallied behind her, offering unwavering support and encouragement throughout her journey.

The next chapter unfolds next week when Imogen will be put to the test, tasked with the challenge of preparing and cooking Fish & Chips for the discerning judges, all while fielding their probing questions. No pressure there!

Regardless of the outcome in the next round, Imogen has opened a door full of fantastic development opportunities that are otherwise hard to come by.  We wish her all the very best and say a huge well done for achieving a place in the top 10 in the UK. Onwards and upwards!
