The other day two of our top team members attended the National Federation of Fish Friers' 'University of Fish & Chips' at the Federation's headquarters in Leeds. It was a great opportunity to expand on their already fantastic knowledge of frying.
The special skills development training course was led by David Miller, Miller's Fish & Chips director and NFFF's head of training, who inspired our team, boosted their confidence and helped them generate new ideas and develop their skills.
