Top 3 in the Staff Training and Development Award

We are proud to announce that we've made it to the Top 3 in the Staff Training and Development Award in the 2024 National Fish & Chip Awards by the National Federation of Fish Friers (NFFF).

The Staff Training & Development Award recognises businesses that exceed expectations with great staff training opportunities and apprenticeships.

According to NFFF, this year the calibre of entries was extremely high.

Huge congratulations to Colin who put the hard work in on the award entry and to the team who apply themselves to training and knowledge sharing with colleagues continually.

In addition, we recognise that being prepared to step outside conventional comfort zones on occasion to develop new skills and practices, can take courage and dedication.

All in all, we’re feeling super proud tonight of this wonderful news, in addition to Imogen having reached the Top 6 of the Drywite Young Fish Fryer of the Year.

We place a high value on developing our team and a positive and supportive work culture, so this is welcome validation from our industry standard bearer.
