We are in the TOP 3 Marketing & Innovation Award 2024! Hoorah!
It's been quite a start to the year for us at the café. Earlier this week we were delighted to learn that we've made it to the final 3 in the National Federation of Fish Friers - NFFF National Fish & Chip Awards, Marketing & Innovation category for our Gluten Free Fortnight campaign.
This is in addition to a place in the top 3 of the Training & Development category and Imogen Atkinson achieving a top 6 slot in the prestigious Drywite Ltd Young Fish Frier of the Year 2024 competition.
We'd like to take this opportunity to thank the sponsors T. Quality Ltd, Drywite Ltd and Blakeman's Sausages because without their support these awards wouldn't be happening. From our point of view, these are very important industry awards. Entering helps us raise our game because we are judged by panels of industry experts, at the top of their game.
It also helps us stay on our toes, motivates us and offers marketing opportunities and learning experiences that we are unlikely to achieve on our own as a small independent business.
Last year, we won the Field to Frier Award for the Best Chips in the UK.
The finals are in London at the end of February.
